As a team and as individuals we strive to stay on the forefront of our industry; weighing in on knowledge and determination as a means of defining innovative yet transparent strategies of business perpetuation and organic growth.


Cambridge Massachusetts based business innovation lab “FutureFridays” focuses on creating and launching web based businesses through agile web development practices. The founding team is made up of serial entrepreneurs who have successfully conceived, funded, launched, operated and sold companies throughout their tenure.

James McElhiney Managing Partner

As a software developer, technologist, and serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience, James' passion is to create companies that solve problems. He is co-author of a patent on large-scale audio and video storage and distribution. Recently, he was CTO at Gazelle, the nation's largest reCommerce company. James was also co-founder of Boston Compliance Systems which was sold to Thomson Financial. Earlier in his career, James worked on software systems for MediaOne, the Federal Aviation Administration, BBN, Fidelity, and Teradyne.

Rousseau Aurelien Managing Partner

A serial entrepreneur with expertise in business development and technology applications, Rousseau has won the Ziff Davis' "Sm@rt 50" and "Sm@rt 100" awards numerous times. He is founder of Gazelle, the nation's largest reCommerce company and co-founder of Cambridge Information Systems, an Internet consultancy. Earlier in his career, he also held senior positions at Signiant, State Street Bank, and Teradyne.
